Hosting service Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the AliDropship hosting service (“Service”).
Your access to and use of the Service and Software is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service and Software.
By accessing or using the Service and Software you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Hosting.
The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to AliDropship company. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” shall refer to any individual or entity who uses Hosting or has an access to your account. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
Within AliDropship Hosting service a customer is provided with a hosting account on one of the available hosting servers according to the purchased hosting plan.
AliDropship hosting is a shared hosting service. A customer is provided with the Server resources according to the purchased hosting plan and unique access credentials, however the total server resources are shared among many customers on the same servers.
ACCOUNT TERMINATION; LIMITATIONS
AliDropship hosting service is a yearly paid service. Prior two weeks of the expiration date we start sending reminders to the clients. In case of the payment overdue the customer account is suspended and terminated in 15 days after suspension with no way of restoration.
If a customer decides to discontinue using AliDropship hosting service, it is their responsibility to preserve or move the account content off our servers. We will not transfer or FTP your website or server content to another provider. If you fail to move your website or server content off our servers prior to cancellation, we will delete all such content and we will not be able to provide a copy of such content.
Upon termination of the Hosting Service, all free products provided as part of the Hosting Services will be cancelled or revoked.
AliDropship hosting staff can reduce the amount of server resources allocated to a customer to balance the average resource consumption up to the standard amounts according to the purchased hosting plan.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
You acknowledge and agree that you may not use our servers and your website as a source, intermediary, reply to address, or destination address for mail bombs, Internet packet flooding, packet corruption, denial of service, or other abusive activities that threaten the stability of our network or will damage the systems of, or cause a disruption of internet services to AliDropship, our customers, or third parties. Server hacking or other perpetration of security breaches is prohibited and we reserve the right to remove sites containing the information about hacking or links to such information. Use of your website as an anonymous gateway is prohibited. We prohibit the use of software or scripts run on our servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by us. You agree that we reserve the right to block your website temporarily or permanently on our servers if you are in violation of this Service Agreement and/or there are activities that threaten the stability of our network. You acknowledge and agree that all websites associated with your hosting account may be blocked if one website is in violation of this Service Agreement. You further acknowledge and agree that AliDropship reserves the right to scan your hosted account for malicious content (e.g., malware), and that in the event any such content is discovered, it may be blocked for security purposes.
A customer’s account can also be blocked if we receive a copyright violation complaint.
If a complaint is issued repeatedly for a certain hosting account, AliDropship hosting reserves the right to ban the account permanently.
TRANSFER TO OR AWAY FROM ALIDROPSHIP HOSTING SERVICE
Upon request, AliDropship hosting staff can assist in transferring a client’s existing website from a third-party hosting provider for free provided that we have the access to the customer’s current hosting control panel.
Also, a customer might be provided with a transfer of their existing AliDropship hosting account to another AliDropship server upon request.
AliDropship hosting staff is not responsible for transferring client websites away from AliDropship servers to any other third-party hosting providers.
REFUND POLICY
Within 30 days after the purchase customers can claim a full refund. After the 30-day period customers can claim a partial refund. The refund sum will be calculated based on the reminder of their active hosting service time.
In case of refund customer accounts are blocked and then terminated with no way of restoration.
SPECIAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
AliDropship does not apply any special offers or discounts to the upgrade or renewal of the hosting service.
Discounts can be applied to new hosting services purchases within special sales periods or special offers.
HELP AND SUPPORT
A client can address AliDropship hosting support regarding any technical problems to get help. AliDropship hosting staff may access client accounts and make changes to resolve the problem.
AliDropship hosting has the right to automatically backup client accounts once a week on weekends and restore client accounts from system backups on request partially or entirely.
We are not responsible for any data loss caused by the backup restoration due to the fact that we create backups 4 times a month only. It is the clients’ responsibility to create backups more frequently if needed.
We do not create new backups for suspended or blocked accounts.
A client may address AliDropship hosting support team requesting the inclusion of additional modules and extensions, increasing the available parameters or modifying server functionality. AliDropship hosting staff may or may not make the amendments based on the given requests.
SELLING AND TRANSFERRING HOSTING ACCOUNTS
A customer is allowed to sell their hosting accounts to other people providing that all involved parties are fully informed of the terms of use and consequences such as annual renewal price. On request, AliDropship hosting staff can change a hosting account owner by changing the ownership credentials (email address).
