If you want to check all your traffic stats on-site dashboard, you need to integrate your Google Analytics code into the plugin.

If you do not have a Google Analytics account, you can easily create one for free on the Google Analytics website.

How to create a Google Analytics account

Click here to access Google Analytics (GA). If you have a Google account and are not signed in, click Sign in to Analytics. If you do not have a Google account, choose Start for free (or if you have used GA before, click Create property).

Type in your account name (for example, your domain name) and click Next:

Type in your property name (you can also use your domain name for that) and click Next:

Fill in your business information (you can choose any info) and click the Create button:

Select your business objectives and click Create:

From the 'Google Analytics Terms of Service Agreement' that opens, click I Accept:

At the last step, select Web

And add the URL of your site into the Website URL field and click Create.

How to add the GA tracking code and the Property ID to your site

Adding the Property ID

Go to your Google Analytics account, click Admin gear icon in the bottom left corner → Property Settings and copy the Property ID

Paste the ID into your site backend Alidropship → Reports → Traffic Report → G4Property ID

GA tracking code (Measurement ID)

To add the GA tracking code, click Admin gear icon in the bottom left corner of your Google Analytics account → Data Streams → Add stream and click Web

Now type your site url in the Website URL field and a name of the stream and click Create.

If you created the stream for your site earlier, you can click the name of the stream.

In the tab that opens, copy the Measurement ID, the one that starts with G-

and insert it on your site admin to Alidropship → Reports → Traffic Report → GA4 Tracking ID

How to make Google Analytics live stats show on your dashboard

Go to the Google Developer Console, select your country and accept Terms of Service. Click Agree and continue.

In the Dashboard, click Create project:

Or click Select a project → New Project in the Google Developers Console:

Enter your Project Name and click the Create button:

Once you created a project, select API and Services to continue:

Go to Dashboard and click the Enable APIs and Services:

Type Google Analytics Data API in the searchbar and click Google Analytics Data API:

Then click Enable:

Click OAuth consent screen on the left-hand panel

Choose the External user type (read more about user types HERE) Click Create:

In App information, enter your App name and User support email:

In Authorized domains on the same page, click the +Add domain button and enter your domain name, then in Developer contact information, enter your contact email address and click Save and continue:

In the next step (Scopes), click Save and continue:

In Test users create a user with the same email as used for your Google Analytics account

In Summary, click Back to dashboard:

Click Publish app:

Now click Credentials Create Credentials and select the OAuth client ID option:

In Application type, select Web application and enter Name:

In Authorized redirect URIs, click +ADD URI and paste the link that you see in your site backend in Alidropship → Traffic report.

Copy-paste the link and click the Create button:

Your Client ID and Your Client Secret will be displayed to you:

Copy them and paste in your WordPress admin area: Alidropship → Reports Traffic Report. Click Continue:

Now you can choose an account to continue with:

And the traffic report is connected (If the GA account has been recently created, you will see the data stream in about 48 h)
